Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-11-03. SuperFinder Pro is developed and sold by 上海无糖科乐科技有限公司 ("we", "us"). Contact: septem@colatech.cn.

1. The app itself collects nothing

SuperFinder contains no analytics, no telemetry and no account system. It does not upload your files, filenames or browsing activity anywhere. The only network request it can make is the optional in-app update check against our own domain; it sends no user data and can be turned off.

2. What we receive when you buy

Email address: the one you type at checkout, used only to deliver your license key and to recover it later if you lose it.
Order metadata: order id, product, amount, currency, status and timestamps, as reported by the payment provider — needed to deliver keys, handle refunds and meet accounting/tax obligations.
Payment instrument details: Never. Card numbers, wallet tokens and bank details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never reach us. We only ever see the transaction result.

3. Who processes the payment

International orders are processed by Creem as merchant of record: it is the legal seller on the transaction, issues the receipt or invoice, and collects and remits regional taxes under its own terms and privacy policy. Mainland China orders are processed on our own checkout (pay.colatech.cn) through official Alipay and WeChat Pay merchant channels.

4. Retention, sharing and your rights

Order records (order id, email, amount, timestamps, the license key issued) are kept as long as needed for key delivery and recovery, refund handling, and tax/accounting records.
We share your email only with our email host, so that a license key can be sent to you. We never sell data, and this site loads no advertising or analytics trackers.
You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data by email. We answer within 30 days. Records we must retain for tax or accounting purposes are exempt from deletion.

5. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Issued license keys are stored in the macOS keychain on your own machine. We do not keep card data, and we do not run background services that touch your files.

一、应用本身不收集任何数据

SuperFinder 无统计代码、无埋点、无账号体系；不上传你的文件、文件名或浏览行为。唯一可能的网络请求是可选的应用内更新检查（访问我们自有域名），不携带用户数据，可随时关闭。

二、购买时我们收到什么

仅有两项：① 你在结账页填写的邮箱——只用于发送与找回许可密钥；② 收款平台返回的订单元数据（订单号、商品、金额、币种、状态、时间）——用于交付密钥、处理退款与履行财税义务。卡号、钱包令牌等支付凭证信息由收款平台全程处理，我们从不接触。

三、支付由谁处理

国际订单由 Creem 作为商户代理（Merchant of Record）处理：它是交易法律意义上的卖方，按其条款开具收据/发票并代收代缴当地税费。中国大陆订单由我们自有收银台（pay.colatech.cn）经支付宝 / 微信支付官方商户通道处理。

四、保存、共享与你的权利

订单记录（订单号、邮箱、金额、时间、已发放的密钥）为交付与找回密钥、处理退款及财税留存而保留；邮箱仅与邮件服务商共享以发送密钥；不出售数据，本站不加载任何广告或统计脚本。你可邮件申请查阅、更正或删除，30 天内答复；依法必须留存的财税记录除外。

五、安全

站点全程 HTTPS；发放的许可密钥保存在你自己 Mac 的钥匙串；我们不保存卡号，也没有后台触碰你文件的服务。
