Terms of Service

Effective 2026-11-03. These terms govern your purchase and use of SuperFinder Pro, developed and sold by 上海无糖科乐科技有限公司 ("we"). Contact: septem@colatech.cn.

1. The product

SuperFinder Pro is a macOS file workbench. It is sold as a one-time purchase (¥38 in mainland China, $8.00 internationally) and there is no subscription and no account. You get a 7-day full-feature free trial from first launch with no sign-up; after the trial, browsing, searching and previewing keep working, while organizing actions (rename, move, tag, delete) require a license.

2. License grant

On payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SuperFinder Pro on macOS for your own personal or internal business use. One purchase covers one user or one organisation. You may not resell, redistribute or share the app or its license key.

3. Payment, delivery and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout; regional taxes for international orders are collected and remitted by Creem as merchant of record (see Privacy Policy). Your license key is delivered by email and shown on the order page immediately after payment.

4. Refunds

• Within 7 days of the license key being delivered, and before it has been activated in the app, you can request a full refund by email; refunds go back through the original payment channel.
• If an activated license hits a quality problem we cannot resolve, contact support first — we will fix it or refund as appropriate.
• International refunds are executed by Creem under these terms; if you contact us and we do not respond within 7 days, you may contact Creem directly.

5. Updates and support

Updates are included at no extra cost while we maintain the product; we may change or discontinue features over time. Support is provided by email, on a best-effort basis, without a guaranteed response time.

6. Warranty and liability

The product is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. SuperFinder never deletes or modifies your files without an action you take in the app; to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of the product.

7. Termination

Your license ends if you redistribute the app or the key. On termination the right to use the product ends.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Please contact us by email first; disputes are subject to the competent courts of Shanghai, except where mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence apply.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the product after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
